We booked a double room for 1 night and had a good stay. The bathroom was clean, with bidet. The location was particularly good and unbeatable, very close to Sakaimachi shopping street, the canal, eateries, shopping districts, and museums, and the popular sightseeing area and easily accessible. Furthermore, between the trainstation.

We had a fantastic stay with excellent value for our money, especially with the surprise room upgrade and thoughtful birthday gesture for my daughter. The hotel is conveniently close to the canal and main attractions, and every staff member was friendly and went out of their way to help us.
The morning meal could use a few more fresh fruit options.

What an amazing spot for a romantic getaway! The location is perfect-just a quick stroll to the canal and all the nearby attractions. Our room was spacious and super comfy, and I loved the onsen; it added a special touch to our stay! Plus, the breakfast was a highlight-deliciously prepared with a cozy atmosphere that felt like a local eatery.
The only downside was some internal noise; we could hear a bit from neighboring rooms. I left my earbuds behind, and they couldn’t be found. Disappointing, but overall, it didn't ruin our wonderful experience!

I had a frustrating experience with the parking situation. The staff was super inflexible, not letting us park early, even though the lot was mostly empty.

Luxurious breakfast. Don't miss the timed entry tickets.

Unfortunately, I encountered several issues . I found the communal onsen to be cramped and overcrowded were great, while waiting awkwardly for my turn added to the discomfort. Dinner reservations turned into a hassle, with multiple reasons given as to why assistance wasn't available for securing a table at a desired restaurant. The room size was smaller than expected, clearly lacking space for full relaxation.
